EMBO Workshop on Ovarian Biology:
1st European Ovary Workshop
All About Ovaries

Welcome to the EOW 2025

Welcome to the EMBO Workshop on Ovarian Biology: 1st European Ovary Workshop – all about ovaries and ovarian research!

This EMBO Workshop aims to address global fertility challenges by bringing together researchers and clinicians in ovarian research. We will focus on ovarian biology, meiosis, ovarian microenvironment, generating oocytes in vitro, ovarian aging, endocrinology, ovarian dysfunction, environmental impacts, fertility preservation, and wildlife conservation. Through knowledge exchange and networking, the first ever European Ovary Workshop (EOW) seeks to foster innovative solutions and support the next generation of scientists within ovarian research.

Join us for this EMBO Workshop on Ovarian Biology from February 17-20, 2025, at Hotel Vila Galé Lagos in Portugal to learn from the best and forge connections with leaders to shape the future of ovarian biology, fertility treatments and woman’s health.

We look forward to welcoming you all!
